Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Vivaahiki, a matrimony and wedding-services platform operated as an initiative of JaipurVibe. By accessing or using Vivaahiki, you agree to these Terms and to the applicable laws and regulations governing your use of the service.
1. Using Vivaahiki
Vivaahiki provides tools for creating and discovering matrimony profiles, communicating with other members, managing family-review invitations, and exploring wedding-related services. Features may change, be added, or be withdrawn as the service develops.
You are responsible for having the authority and legal capacity required to use the service and for complying with these Terms.
2. Your account and information
- Provide information that is accurate, current, and not misleading.
- Do not impersonate another person or create a profile using another person's information without appropriate authority.
- Keep your account access information secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been misused.
- You remain responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.
3. Profile content and member conduct
You are responsible for the information, photographs, messages, preferences, and other content you submit to Vivaahiki. You must not use the service to:
- publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or materially misleading content;
- infringe another person's privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other legal rights;
- request or misuse passwords, financial credentials, identity documents, or other sensitive information;
- use Vivaahiki for spam, scams, unauthorised advertising, scraping, automated collection, or other abusive activity;
- upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, bypass, or compromise the service or another user's account; or
- use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
4. Matrimony and matching services
Vivaahiki provides a platform for members to discover and communicate with other members. We do not guarantee that a profile is accurate, that a particular introduction will occur, or that a member relationship, engagement, marriage, or other personal outcome will result from use of the platform.
Compatibility information, preferences, recommendations, and any astrology or related information are provided as platform features and should not be treated as guarantees or as substitutes for your own judgment.
5. Family review
Where you use family-review features, you are responsible for inviting people you are authorised to involve and for the information you choose to share with them. A family reviewer may receive access to the information included in the review invitation or review flow.
6. Wedding vendors and third-party services
Vivaahiki may display wedding-service businesses, listings, enquiries, or links. A vendor relationship is between you and the relevant vendor unless Vivaahiki expressly states otherwise. We do not guarantee a vendor's availability, quality, pricing, licensing, performance, or suitability. You should make your own checks before entering into a transaction or commitment.
7. Communications
Vivaahiki may send service-related communications such as account, security, profile, connection, family-review, or transaction messages. Where you provide consent for match-related or other optional communications, you may manage those choices through available account controls, subject to communications that are necessary to operate the service or required by law.
8. Safety, reporting, and moderation
We may provide reporting, blocking, moderation, and safety features. We may review or restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect members, the service, or comply with law. These measures do not create a guarantee that every harmful or unlawful activity will be detected or prevented.
9. Intellectual property
Vivaahiki's software, branding, design, text, graphics, and other platform materials are owned by or used by Vivaahiki/JaipurVibe under applicable rights. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended personal or authorised business purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit platform materials except as permitted by law or with permission.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, policy enforcement, service integrity, or legal compliance. You may stop using Vivaahiki at any time. Account and data handling after termination are also governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
11. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep Vivaahiki useful and available, but online services can experience interruptions, maintenance, errors, or security incidents. To the extent permitted by law, Vivaahiki is provided without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every individual purpose.
12. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vivaahiki will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of the platform or interactions between users, vendors, family reviewers, or other third parties. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or our practices change. The current version will be published on this page with its latest-update date. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
14. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be read consistently with the laws applicable to the Vivaahiki service and its users. Any mandatory consumer, privacy, or other statutory rights you have under applicable law remain unaffected.
